There was an issue with the support form both on the website and in the app which prevented some requests being sent. This was caused by a change by the web host, which was not adequately communicated. Any support request submitted from 29th January to 24th March 2024 may not have been received.
The issue has now been resolved. Please re-send if you would still like to report an issue or get support. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

It's been a while in the making. Most of the app has been re-written in Swift with a new architecture to allow quicker development of new features in the future.
